IEEE PES Kolkata Chapter in association with Netaji Subhash Engineering College organized the 1st IEEE International Conference in Convergence of Engineering (ICCE-2020) during 5th – 6th September 2020 through virtual platform AIRMEET. IEEE Kolkata Section and IEEE Kolkata ComSoc Chapter were the technical sponsors of ICCE-2020. Total participants for the conference were 548.
There were four major tracks: (1) Electronics & Communications, (2) Electrical, (3) Computer Science and IT, and (4) Interdisciplinary. 240 submissions were received, in which 97 papers were accepted. 52 sessions were held which includes 7 keynote addresses, 12 plenary sessions, 8 special sessions, 6 workshops & tutorial sessions, 2 industry panel discussions, 1 students panel discussion and 16 interactive technical sessions.
Renowned speakers from top notch institutes of India and abroad delivered the lectures. The student panel discussion on ‘Convergence in the field of Industry and Engineering’ was organized by Teamcognito and moderated by Mr. Sanket Sarkar.
