Build Your Own Robot

Teachers are capable of keeping the students updated with the latest trends and development in the field of robotics. With the objective of updating teachers in the domain of robotics, IEEE Students Branch of KARE organized two days workshop on “Build your own robot arm” on 6th and 7th August 2022 at Sidhharajaa International School, Sivakasi. Dr. P. Aruna Jeyanthy, Counsellor for IEEE KARE Student Branch, welcomed the gathering, and Dr. D. Devaraj, Vice Chair – Educational Activities, IEEE India Council delivered the opening remarks. He emphasized the importance of imparting knowledge on robotics to the school teachers. The workshop was inaugurated by Ms. Gnana Gowri, CEO, Virudhunagar district on 6th August 2022. Dr. V. Vasudevan, Registrar, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education delivered presidential address. Dr. P. Rajaram, Correspondent, Sidharaaja International School delivered special address. Dr. M. Krishna Paramathma, Asst. Professor, KARE proposed the vote of thanks. Altogether 50 numbers of participants were in the session.
