This year LMC intend to support LMAGs to enhance LM activities by increasing the LM coverage with new LMAG formation and expanding collaboration with SAC, YP, WIE and other committees.
The basic work plan of R10 Life Members Committee (LMC) is set with the Committee Structure as follows.

Following 4 directions are set as objectives.
- Form new Life Members Affinity Groups (LMAG) and vitalize R10 LMAGs for more Life Members (LM) engagement
- Organize periodic LMC / LMAG Meets for wider Communication and involvement of LMs
- Organize LMC and R10 LM Competition / Awards for more LMs’ involvement
- Organize LM tracks jointly with R10 Flagship Conferences
Based on these objectives, LMC decided five projects as 2026 work plan.
Project 1: Form 2 new LMAGs and vitalize/revitalize LMAGs: Forming two LMAGs is set as a target. It is intended to support LMAGs that need vitalization.
Project 2: Organize LMC and LMAG Meets for LMAGs and assist financially for selected Projects: Four on-line meetings each for LMC and LMAG, will be conducted. R10 LMC budget is allotted to each project.
Project 3: Select MGA LMC Award winners, R10 LM outstanding Volunteer Awardee, and conduct R10 LM photography collection contest.
Project 4: Organize LM track jointly with R10 flagship Conferences HTC, TENSYMP and TENCON: LM event planning with TENSYMP already started. Discussions started about the possibility of having an event with TENCON and HTC.
Project 5: Broaden collaboration with SYW + Industry: Enhancement of local SYWL meet, Group Mentoring activities, and invited talk of R10 Committee Chairs in LMAG Meet are examples.
